You must have a minimum of $25.00 to request payout.

There is a wait period of 30 days after your request to ensure all of your sales are cleared.

If any of your referred upgrades and/or license purchases result in a chargeback, your commission from that purchase will be removed.

If any of your credit sales purchased with Cashclicking Cash result in a chargeback, these funds will be removed from your account.

We currently payout via Paypal or Check mailed to your address. The fee for payout is $1.00 plus 1% of your payout amount.

We charge a Paypal cashout fee only because we allow sellers to accept CC Cash payments at NO CHARGE. The only fee you pay for this service is when you cashout. Do the math and you will see that you end up making more money!

Inactive Accounts

Inactive is defined as a user that has not logged into his or her account. You can regain Active status again at anytime by logging into your account.

We reserve the right to delete the credits, websites, banners, cash, referrals, and licenses of any user that has been inactive for more than 180 days.

Multiply Accounts

All persons are entitled to one CashClicking account only. Having multiple accounts is strictly forbidden.

New sites must adhere to the following rules

All new sites added must adhere to the following terms before confirmed.
- maximum 1 popup (include popups, exit ads and popins, javascript popup boxes)
- cannot breakframes/surfbar
- must be in English
- cannot contain any illegal material including adult content, drugs, firearms, warez, or any other questionable material
- does not have make homepage/add favorite prompts
- does not attempt to download/install any programs to the enduser
- does not contain harmful scripts
- does not contain viruses/trojans or any other harmful agents
- does not imitate/disguise itself as a page of cashclicking or mis-lead users in anyway.
- do not open any program on the users machine
- do not decive the users with false advertising
- do not try to trick users into giving personal info e.g name, email, passwords etc.
- do not advertise ways to cheat hitexchanges, or other sites, including harvesting credits

Sales between users

Any sales between users is the resposibility of the seller and the buyer. If the buyer don't receive any credits from the seller after a purchase, CashClicking is not reliable to replace the credits.

The buyer then need to contact the payment processor to receive a refund for their purchase. In cases where the payment have been sent and the seller denied the sale we will give out the email address of the seller so the buyer can contact them for a refund. If no agreement is found the seller will have their license revoked and will be banned from the selling board.

Any sellers taking unreasonable long amount of time to accept will get a warning and the next time their license will be revoked and their account deleted. If you know you will be away for some time remember to remove any offers from the trading board.

If a seller already accepted a purchase without confirming that the payment have been received, we will not reverse the purchase. Always make sure you have the payment before accepting a purchase.

Any seller/buyer trying to take advantage of the system and deemed fradulent by CashClicking will see their account suspended or deleted.

Keep all messages between you and the seller/buyer courteous at all times. Anyone beeing rude and/or abusive in their communication with the other party could see their account with us closed. Everything works much better if you keep it friendly. You are much more likely to be treated the same way!

Selling Credits

Members will gain a higher reputation through successful sales.

Members who chargeback or have their payments reversed by paypal,etc, will have their accounts deleted.

Please check who is selling you credits, as you do have the ability to check members licence level and reputation.

Not Allowed

Members cannot advertise a webpage with the words SURF.PHP or START.PHP on this site !

Fraudulent activity

Any account found to be used for fradulent activity will be deleted and any credits in the account will be forfeited. Any user earning money from a fraudulent user will have the sale reversed and money deducted from their account and the credits sold added back to their account.Fraudulent use includes any attempt to earn credits without viewing pages. Also includes many accounts surfing from the same IP address. Also any other attempts to earn credits using an automated software.We reserve the right to delete your membership if you are caught.We reserve the right to deny our service to anyone we consider unsuitable.

Correct Startpage & Mystery Credit Usage

You are NOT allowed to send others to your startpage. If we monitor different IP addresses being used at the same time of day we will close your account. Any user not completing skillcards and claiming mystery credits will have their account closed.

Re-selling credits outside permitted Seller License is Prohibited

Unless you have purchased a Seller License from Cashclicking you are not allowed to re-sell Cashclicking credits under any circumstances. Anyone caught re-selling Cashclicking credits outside of what we provide on the site will have their account deleted immediately

Active email is required

Each account holder is required to keep their email address current. If email is checked and bounce your account will be deleted without notice. So please keep your registered email address current.

Make sure you keep the email address current. We only send out passwords to the email address on file. So if you loose your password only access to your registered email address will give you access to the password.

When account is deleted!

Any account found in breach of our terms of service is deleted. When the account is delete all earnings and credits are forfeited.
